We received 100% approval at the third and final council reading on the 42 R1 Single Family Lots, 62 R3 Townhome Lots, and 297 R5 Multi Family Lots.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We will also have our revised Offering Memorandum available by week's end. There are Investment opportunities in this project are still available. We recently attended the City Council Planning meeting, with all city planners and development planners in attendance. Bay Springs has received unanimous approval in the nomination of our zoning land use request. What this means to us is that by June 15, 2009, we are scheduled to have had our first, second and third reading. Additionally, we will have completed our two week advertising period, at which time our development permits will be issued. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Our lotting has been posted to the website. We are planning for 42 R1 Single Family Lots, 62 R3 Townhome Lots, and 297 R5 Multi Family Lots. Sales have already progressed nicely, and our marketing campaign is starting to pick up full speed ahead. Currently, we have a conditional sale on all R3 lots, and serious interest in 14 of the R1 lots. Both by word of mouth only.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Investment opportunities in this project are still available.
